I hired Guy Allen in the DWI incident in July 2013. He told me that everything would go well without making me go to prison. I didn't know that Guy Allen would not represent me in court, but this man had never met his name, Frank Adiprieto. This incident lasted about 17 months. In April 2013, Frank took me to the stairs to isolate me from others, and he said that the day was when my suit was over and that $895 in cash was needed to pay the fine. I wanted to finish my case, so I gave him $900. That day was not over and he left the money. I want to return my receipt and money for free many times. He kept lying about my case and my money. Frank did nothing to protect me in court. My case was closed in December 2014. The worst scenario I got was when I went to prison for two or three days and he knew something, but he didn't tell me until just before he was handcuffed. I haven't heard anything about my money. Obviously, after reading his bad name, he didn't intend to pay my fine. I want to file a lawsuit against him.
